How clients review and approve images

Sign-off for an image collection is the same simple experience your clients already know. One link opens the review, they move through the images one at a time, and each Approve or Request changes lands straight back on your Assets tab.

How your client gets in

Click "Open review" on the Assets tab to open the same client review link your clients already use. Send that link, and your client signs in with a one-time magic link. There is no account to create and no password to remember. They click the link and they are in.

Your client only ever sees images you have sent for review. Anything still in Draft stays private to you, so you can work on new images in the same collection without your client seeing them before they are ready.

Moving through the collection

Your client works through the images one at a time in a gallery, so nothing gets skipped. Each image gets a proper look on its own instead of being lost in a long scroll.

  • One image at a time. Your client steps through the collection image by image, giving each design a clear yes or a clear note.
  • Only the images you sent. Drafts stay hidden, so your client reviews exactly the set you meant them to see.
  • Familiar and simple. It is the same review room your clients know from your other previews, now built around images.

Approve or Request changes on each image

For every image, your client has two clear actions and can add comments.

  • Approve. Your client marks the image as signed off. On your Assets tab it moves to Approved.
  • Request changes. Your client asks for a revision. On your Assets tab it moves to Changes, so you know exactly which image needs work.
  • Comments. Your client can leave a comment on an image to explain what they want, so the note travels with the right design.

Every action your client takes updates the status on your Assets tab and notifies you, so you are never left wondering where a piece of feedback belongs.

Point a client at one image

Sometimes you only need eyes on a single design. You can open or share the review focused on one image, and the link carries that image with it, shaped like ?asset=LAUNCH-01. Your client lands straight on that image, ready to Approve or Request changes, instead of hunting for it in the collection.

Tip

When you upload a new version of an image, it goes back to your client for review automatically, so they always see the latest one.

What you get back

When your client approves or requests changes, you get a batched sign-off summary rather than a separate message for every image. Open the review from your side any time to see where each image stands, and your Assets tab stays in step with what your client has done.
