Pricing FAQ
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new workspace gets 14 days of Studio free, no card required. When the trial ends you'll move to Free, and your existing previews stay live. Add a card any time to keep Studio.
What happens if I cancel?
Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then your workspace moves to Free. Your previews stay live, your custom domain keeps working on Free if you've connected one, and white-label features turn off.
Can I add more teammates?
Yes. Pro includes 3 seats and Studio includes 10. Extra seats are $4/mo each, prorated when you add them. Remove them any time and you'll be credited on your next invoice.
Do you charge per preview or per view?
No usage charges. Pro and Studio are unlimited previews and unlimited views. Free is capped at 5 previews. We never bill you for traffic spikes.
Do you collect VAT?
Yes, where required. Prices shown are exclusive of VAT; the correct rate for your country is added at checkout based on your billing address.
Can I get an invoice for my company?
Every payment generates a Stripe-hosted invoice with your company name, address and VAT/tax ID. You can edit those details at any time from the billing portal.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards. Stripe also enables local methods automatically based on your country (Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, Bancontact and more).
Where is my data hosted?
Your previews and account data live in our UK / EU infrastructure on Cloudflare. They're served globally from Cloudflare's 300+ edge locations, so US and international visitors load in under 100ms regardless. If you need US-only data residency for compliance, just reply to your welcome email and we'll discuss your needs.
