Resolve, reopen and assign comments
As feedback comes in, keep it moving: resolve a thread when it is handled, reopen it if it comes back, and assign it to the right teammate.
The actions
- Resolve a thread. Mark a thread resolved when the change is done, and it moves to the Resolved tab.
- Reopen a thread. Reopen it if the client raises it again.
- Assign a thread. Assign a thread to a teammate so it is clear who is on it.
Tip
The Open and Resolved tabs keep a busy review tidy, so you always see what still needs doing.
