Team-only comments

Mark a comment as team-only and your client never sees it. Use it for internal notes, a question for a teammate, or discussion you do not want in front of the client.

How it works

When you add a comment, flag it as team-only. It is hidden from guests and reviewers, and visible only to people on your workspace team.

Who sees what

Clients and reviewers see only normal comments.
Everyone on your team sees both normal and team-only comments.
Team-only threads are badged so you can tell them apart at a glance.

Tip

Use a team-only comment to agree an answer internally first, then reply to the client in a normal thread.
