Bring in a freelancer on one project
A per-project collaborator gets access to a single preview, and nothing else in your workspace. It is the safe way to bring in a freelancer or a client-side stakeholder.
How to add one
- Open the project you want to share.
- Add a collaborator by email.
- They get a magic link to that project only.
What they can and cannot do
- They can see and work on that one project. The collaborator has access to the single preview you invited them to, and that is where their access starts and stops.
- They cannot see your other clients or previews. Nothing else in your workspace is visible to them, so the rest of your work stays private.
- You can remove them at any time, and nothing of yours is affected. Taking someone off a project never touches the project, its versions or its comments.
Tip
Use a collaborator for outside help, and a full team member for someone who works across your whole workspace.
