Signing in: magic links, passwords and Touch ID

Magic links are the easy way in, with no password to remember. You can also add a password or a passkey if you would rather. All three work on the same account, so use whichever you like.

Your three options

  • Magic link (the default). Enter your email and we send a one-time sign-in link. Nothing to remember, nothing to leak.
  • Password. Add one in Account if you prefer to type it in. Your browser or password manager can save it. On the sign-in screen, choose "Sign in with a password instead".
  • Passkey, with Touch ID or Face ID. Add a passkey in Account for one-tap sign-in with your fingerprint or face. It is the most phishing-resistant option, and there is nothing to remember.

How to add one

Open Account from the menu, find the Signing in section, then choose Add a password or Add a passkey. You can keep magic links on at the same time, so adding one of these is extra choice, not a switch you have to flip.

Good to know

This is for you and your team. Clients and reviewers stay passwordless. They get a magic link straight to the review and never need to create an account.
