Pin, organise and archive previews
As your list grows, keep it tidy: pin the previews you are working on, and archive the ones you are done with.
Ways to organise
- Pin a preview to keep it at the top of your list. The work you are actively on stays in reach, so you are not scrolling past finished jobs to find it.
- Archive a finished preview to move it out of the way. Once a project is signed off, archive it and your active list shows only what still needs attention.
- Switch between list, grid and board views to suit how you work. Pick the layout that fits the moment, a quick scan of names, a wall of thumbnails, or columns you can move work across.
Tip
Archiving keeps a preview and its comments, it just moves it out of your active list.
