On Studio, connect Slack and SiteViewer sends a message the moment a client leaves a comment, so your team sees feedback without watching their inbox.
How it works
When Slack is connected, a new client comment posts an instant message to your chosen channel. The message includes a link straight to the comment, so anyone on the team can jump in and pick it up without searching for it.
Connecting Slack
- Open Connectors.
- Connect Slack and choose the channel.
- Approve the access Slack asks for.
- New comments now post there.
